Product Details
Turns out kids who have their own apron are significantly more enthusiastic about making things. Possibly also about making messes — but that's what the apron is for.
The Little Artisan Apron by Janet Clare is a clever crossover-back design with a curved fit that grows with the wearer, making it genuinely useful across a wide range of sizes and shapes. One pattern sheet. Eight sizes. Years of creative chaos, contained.
What's in the package:
A full-size paper pattern printed on A1 paper, shipped in a protective plastic sleeve. Eight sizes are printed and graded on a single sheet — 6–12 months, 1–2 years, 2–3, 4–5, 5–6, 7–8, 8–9, and 10–11 years. Cut out the size you need, keep the rest.
The pattern sheet also includes a full set of embroidery illustrations — flowers, birds, and a complete alphabet — so you can stitch on a name, a bird, or frankly whatever your kid insists on. A larger reversed alphabet is included for appliqué work.
A full-colour A4 instruction leaflet rounds it out, with step-by-step photos and plenty of embellishment inspiration for when you've finished the apron and your hands just aren't done yet.
Works best in: linen or cotton.
