How do I access my digital patterns after purchase?

Log into your account at cowgirlcrafty.com — all your purchases are saved there and available to download any time. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times, so we recommend saving a backup copy to a secure location (external drive, cloud storage) as soon as you download.

What file formats are included?

Available formats are listed on each product page. If you're unsure which format works with your machine's software, check your machine manual or reach out to us before purchasing — we're happy to help point you in the right direction. Email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com.

Can I use a pattern on more than one machine?

Your license covers use on your own machines in your own studio. It does not cover sharing the file with others. See our Terms & Conditions for full license details.

My download isn't working. What do I do?

Email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship physical products to the contiguous United States only — that's the 48 connected states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. If you're outside our shipping area, email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com and we'll see what we can do.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Physical orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS used occasionally. You'll receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships.

Do you experience shipping delays?

We occasionally attend quilt shows throughout the year, which can add a few extra days to physical order processing. We post a heads-up on the site when a show is coming up. Digital pattern orders are never affected — those are always available immediately in your account.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Once it's in transit, we can't reroute it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped, email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected where required by law and calculated automatically at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

I have special delivery requirements. How do I let you know?

Add a note with your special instructions when adding items to your cart. We'll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on digital patterns, fabric, and fabric-based products. Notions and physical products may be returned if damaged or defective. See our full Return Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and two photos: one of the outer packaging showing damage, and one of the damaged item itself. We need both to file a carrier claim. Once confirmed, we'll replace the item at no cost to you.

I received the wrong item.

That shouldn't happen — but if it does, email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll make it right.

Products

Are your products genuine brands?

Yes — we source exclusively from trusted U.S. manufacturers and distributors. We do not source from overseas knockoff markets.

I have a question about a specific product.

Email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com. Include a link to the product if you can — it speeds things up.

All Cowgirl Crafty digital patterns are original designs by our founder, a fine artist and commercial designer. Every pattern is hand-drawn before it becomes a digital file.
