After checkout, log into your account at cowgirlcrafty.com to access your downloads. All past purchases are saved to your account and can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you run into any trouble accessing your files, email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com.

Physical Products

We currently ship physical products to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

If you're outside our current shipping area and would like a quote, reach out at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com — we're happy to look into options on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Quilt show delays: We occasionally attend quilt shows throughout the year. During those periods, physical order processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We'll post a notice on the site when a show is coming up so you know what to expect. Digital pattern orders are never affected — those are always available immediately in your account.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Carriers: We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS used occasionally depending on size or destination.

Special shipping instructions: If you have specific delivery requirements — a P.O. box, access restrictions, or anything else we should know — please include a note with your order when adding items to your cart. We'll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend keeping your shipping address current in your account. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return Policy for instructions. Photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item are required to process a claim.
