How do I get my pattern after I buy it? Instantly, and no waiting for the postie. After checkout you'll get an email with your download link, and your files also live in your Cowgirl Crafty account [confirm with delivery app]. Download on a computer, not your phone: longarm files and phones are not friends.

How do I log into my account? Go to [cowgirlcrafty.com/account] and enter your email. We'll send you a one-time code. No password to remember, which frankly is a gift. [Verify: Shopify new customer accounts are passwordless]

How many times can I download a file? Up to [5] times per file. Save a backup to an external drive or cloud storage the moment it lands. Future you will be grateful.

What's in the download? One file, [zipped], with every supported machine format plus a PDF and PNG reference image. Unzip it, pick your machine's format, and ignore the rest.

Which file should I use for my machine? Every Cowgirl Crafty longarm pattern includes all of these formats in one download. Find your system, use the file listed, and ignore the rest. Where two formats are listed, either works: use the one your manual recommends. Software updates can change what a system reads, so if in doubt, check your manual or email us at hello@cowgirlcrafty.com.
